PlsqlCGIEnvironmentList
Specifies overriding and/or adding new CGI environment variables to the default set of environment variables passed down to a PL/SQL procedure. This is a multiline directive of name/value pairs to be added, overridden or removed. You can only specify one environment variable per directive.
You can add CGI environment variables from the OHS environment by just specifying the variable name.
To remove a CGI environment variable, just set it equal to nothing.
To add your own name/value pair, use MY_VARNAME=MY_VALUE
.

- PlsqlCGIEnvironmentList DOCUMENT_ROOT (add from OHS env)
- PlsqlCGIEnvironmentList REQUEST_PROTOCOL=HTTPS (override with a new value)
- PlsqlCGIEnvironmentList REQUEST_IANA_CHARSET= (remove REQUEST_IANA_CHARSET)
- PlsqlCGIEnvironmentList MY_VARNAME=MY_VALUE (add your own)
