Cause: In a matrix layout, down repeating frames must be below across repeating frames.
Action: Using Arrange>Send to Back, Arrange>Bring to Front, Arrange>Move Backward, and Arrange>Move Forward, arrange repeating frames such that, in terms of layers, the following is true: repeating frames are below repeating frames that they contain, and down repeating frames are below across repeating frames.
