Cause: Read from File was selected for a column, but an invalid or unavailable data format was specified in the Format field in the Column Property Inspector.
Action: Specify a valid data format in the Format field. The list of values displays all valid data formats. Note that for LONG, RAW, and LONG RAW database columns, only Text and Oracle Format (Image) are valid values for Format.
