Cause: Query was created with a later version of pluggable data source factory than the current Builder session's registered factory. For this to occur, the major version of the factories must be different. Major version is the value left of the decimal point in the factory version number.

Action: Upgrade the registered Oracle Reports Builder pluggable data source factory to one with the equivalent major version number.
