Cause: All fields were chosen to be break fields. Each break field designated groups the data of the fields that are not break fields. With no non-break fields, this situation is invalid.

Action: Designate at least one field to be a non-break field. For example, remove all break fields from the highest numbered break level (that is, from the bottom of the list of break fields).
