ORA-53059: The value: [string] has a null definer name.

Oracle Error Code: ORA-53059

Cause: The operation failed because the value of the specified tag had a null definer name.

Action: Only simple tags that match the regular expression [0-9A-F]{8}(\(.*\))? are allowed in the tag. For example: 00080096(DICOM), 00080096 and so on. Either specify a definer name using the correct format or remove the definer name and try again.
