Cause: An attempt was made to perform a list operation on an item, but no item was specified. For example, if an attempt was made to add a PL/SQL library to the report's Attached PL/SQL Library list, but the PL/SQL Library field in the Attached PL/SQL Libraries dialog box was left blank and the Add button selected, this error displays.
Action: Specify the item to add in the appropriate field before choosing a button.
